I forced him out, but not before he gave me one last thing. "Here brother take this," He said, throwing me a package wrapped in a cloth. I ran like a small child, just wanting to get away. I didn't stop until I came to a obstacle. The ocean.
I changed forms, turning into a dolphin. I swam for mile after mile until I ran out of energy, some where between India and nowhere. I could see a huge landmass up ahead. I used the last of my energy to open a portal. It took me 1500 miles, right into the middle of Hindu Kush. I quickly transformed into a bear (yes they did live there) and walked down a mountain. I could see a small village. It was not much more than a temple, a market, and a cluster of huts. I changed to a human form and walked up to a monk leaving the temple. "Excuse me, but do you know of any demonic entities round here?"I said in his native language.
"Are you a wizard?" He replied.
"Never mind." I walked away into the desert. I heard my stomach grumbling. I was famished. If I didn't find some food fast, I was gonna starve. Thats when I saw it. It was a giant mushroom. "Its, a, GIANT MUSHROOM!!!!!!!!," I yelled, "maybe its friendly! Friendly mushroom ! Mushy giant friend." I passed out.
When I awoke, The sun was burning my skin. I got up and saw a oasis. Probably a mirage, I thought to myself, but it couldn't hurt to check. As I got closer, it looked more and more substantial. It was real! There was a hamock and palm trees and evrey thing. There was even a lake. Livin' it up in the shade. Oh yah!
"A cluster of huts." I like how you used cluster and not a lot or many.
